But why are you changing it to a single family. what exactly are you looking to do with it after its finished and how much are you looking for to fund the rehab, what term are you looking for. 

Better  yet why don't you send me your analysis and projection on this, if it meets my criteria, i should be in Bridgeport on Tuesday, I will try to make myself available for a quick meet up.
