Single and multifamily Investor
I am currently seeking a investor for single family flip, and or buy fix and hold, and multifamilys. I have 29 years in the trades specializing in masonry/concrete/excavating with extensive knowledge and experience in rehab/restoration, currently a very successful independent Mason/Excavating contractor of 15 years. Early on took a 5 year break from masonry to become a journeyman drywall rocker/finisher/plaster/texture with extensive knowledge in rough/finish carpentry, and plumbing/electrical work. My company has general contracted a few projects and we have a great team of subcontractors.
