Canadian wants financing

Canadien wants to do flipping in Florida. He lives in Canada and would oversee any flipping work from there. Has no work permit, green card or US Social Security number. But he has a US LLC. Seems to have the cash to meet any down payment. Any lender/investor interested?

Could we add a US citizen to the partnership, such as the GC on the flip, and get funding from the US lenders?
