Lenders needed - Raleigh, NC project
Hey BP nation! I'm looking for a gap funder on this flip project in wake county, nc. I have a first position lien lined up for 150k and need about 40k for the second position. Rehab is minimal - carpet, paint, mulch and granite. Rehab should take 2 weeks. Arv is 229. DOM is sub 15 days.
