2nd Position Lender has 4 properties to sell in DFW area
Yep, we had to foreclose on a Borrower and now have 4 properties at various stages of rehab. These are all Fix n Flips. Two in Arlington Heights (one has been demo'd, one is almost finished), Ft Worth TX, one in the "M STREET" district (has been demo'd inside), Dallas, TX and one completed for new owner in Southlake Tx.
