Leasing Agent
A Tulsa based residential property management company is looking for a new Leasing Agent. This is a part-time, commissioned based opportunity for a highly-motivated independent contractor.
The ideal candidate must have a positive, professional, and trustworthy personality and be able to place a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Past real estate and/or property management experience is required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to and prescreen prospects
- Provide complete information on the property
- Schedule and show vacant properties
- Distribute and collect rental applications
- Verify information on rental applications is correct and accurate
- Follow-up with prospects on the status of their application
