Looking for buyers

We send out a ton of marketing and we get a ton of leads in the urban core . . I have one right now in 64128.  This is the street view from google, not sure which house it might be, but it's a nice street and looks mostly owner occupied = at least these 2 houses do.

I would like to refer these leads out to someone else to work and get a referral / marketing / assignment fee if you are able to work the deal.

We have probably 50  urban core leads in the past 2 months that no one wants.
