Las Vegas I am looking for a second Home

price up to 1.2 mil.. want to be in the Summerlin area.

pre foreclosure .. distressed  and sub too or owner carry would all be prime candidates.

if paying cash or financing I would look to drive a pretty hard bargin at that price point in Vegas.

I hear you...I did the same move from CA to NV 23 years ago for the same reason
