Anyone here Operate a Hedge Fund?

Hi All,

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone here owns and/or operates a small ( <$10M) hedge fund? My team and I have a unique business model where we would maximize profits by establishing a fund that our acquisition arm would sell too. 

We've been working with several attorney's to strategise the best structure according to our model, but wanted to see what everyone else is doing.
