Luxury Flips

Is there anyone in the area that does high end luxury flips.  I have a listing that has serious potential in Los Feliz.  It is sitting at 5.3 million but could go lower than that! It is over 12,650 sq ft perched on top of Bonvue road which is one of the nicer streets in Los Feliz.  With the price and square footage it is sitting at 418 a sqft.  It just needs some cosmetic fixes to fix the flow!
