Testing waters: BayTown, TX 3/2 SFR

Trying to see if there is any interest.

This is property in my SD IRA bought in 2014 and now looking to do something else with my IRA. It is currently rented @ $1400/month (managed by PM company) and the tenant re-signed another year lease back in March 2016. I hardly had any maintenance issues since I bought it and all I do is collect checks from PM (and send it over to SD-IRA).

Since its currently rented, have a great PM managing it and won't be available to live in till March/April 2017, its ideal for investors looking for hassle free investment.
