Kessler Park area property. I have an appraisal that indicates value by the Sales comparison Approach of $250,000 once updated to the grade of the houses in the area. This property has had some demo work started and needs to be finished off and put back together. The biggest obstacle in this rehab is going to be fixing the foundation. We have a foundation bid from Lima Foundation at $12,580. This property does have a upstairs attic that has been made available to capture square footage and is not included in the current 1800 sqft measurement. This could be a great bonus space if desired.
