Hawaiian Project
My Partner and I are seeking to close on this newly found Single Family Home. We are seeking $100k for this project. My partner is a real estate agent who is extremely familiar with the market and has completed 6 flips.
The home is located on the Big Island; the island of Hawaii. It is located on the east side of the island. It is a 3bd 2ba 1,158 sq ft ranch style home that was built in 2005. Lot size: 19,725 sq ft.
Our plans are to title the home in an LLC and list it for sale once the rehab is completed.
The projected rehab is roughly $30k(cosmetic) and the timeframe is about 6-8 weeks. Example of needed items: exterior pressure washing, landscaping, repair kitchen, replace appliances, replace fixtures.
