Cleveland Refinance

Hello,

I am considering purchasing a portfolio of SFH's in Cleveland and am wondering about refinance options. It is currently fully occupied by tenants of at least 1 year and most have been there 2+. I was hoping that I would be able to refinance off the appraised value. Any help would be appreciated.
