Prefer one that has experience in the Brooklyn market.

Hi Michael,

I have not done business with with either of the following companies, but I do know the owners of both which are nice guys in their private lives.  I can not vouch for either so do your homework if you decide to call them before hiring them.  Brandon Turner has a great article on interviewing and hiring Property Managers.    I live in Brooklyn, but don't invest in New York.
