Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Building a client base by meeting with investors on a daily basis
- Guiding clients through the process of reviewing and assessing our private database of properties based upon their needs
- Analyzing valuations and rehab estimates and composing real estate contracts
- Instructing and collaborating with investors throughout the entire investment process from purchase to exit strategy

Requirements:
- The determination and ability to put 100% effort into your real estate success
- Self-motivated, unsurpassed work ethic and exceptional communication skills
- Real estate experience is not required
- Real Estate License is required
