Looking to Partner in Pittsburgh
Hello, I recently finished my first rehab (check out the link to pictures below). Sold for top market dollar in 10 days. I marketed it myself with no realtor. I'm looking to find partners to work on projects with. Someone who is enjoyable to be around and don't freak out with problems arise, because they will. I'm interested in more residential flips, I'm also interested in converting commercial space from a larger building to 2-3 smaller spaces (that would be more of a long term goal most likely), also interested in wholesaling campaigns.
