I have had numerous newbie wholesalers asking me for help doing their 1st deal , so I have decided to help out as best as I can. I will not charge anything upfront for my services and knowledge, as I will only get compensated once a deal actually closes. I will walk you through all of the steps needed to close a deal until you are comfortable enough to repeat the steps without my assistance. Wholesaling is not as complicated as most people make it out to be, nor is it super easy. It requires knowledge, experience and a strong work ethic. If you are wanting a mentor but can't afford to pay upfront for their services this might be what you need. My main markets include Ga and Fl.
