Landlease.com - In pursuit of the worlds largest land database.
I am a real attorney/investor in South Florida. The company I work for recently launched the website Landlease.com. Over time, we seek to create the worlds largest land database. After working in the telecom field, it was apparent that many landowners missed out on opportunities to lease their land to companies who needed space for cell towers. Since landowners did not understand telecom and the telecom companies did not know which landowners were willing to lease their land, there was a market inefficiency. The same inefficiency occurs in many other fields including agriculture, energy, and outdoor advertising. Landlease.com was created to end this inefficiency. We make land available to companies who need it in industries that were previously out of reach for the ordinary landowner. Please check out the website and the video and let us know what you think!
