I am currently seeking new salesperson licensees for my real estate business. I am looking for newly licensed fresh blood who want to learn the business. Anyone interested in working Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties here in MA, I will be able to assist them with my experience. I will be offering 70% commission split in exchange for mentoring and training. Training will be hands on 1 on 1. If you stay with me for 3 years the split will go as high as 90%. 

I will be teaching you the following:

1) Making quick money with rentals

2) Buyer and Seller representation

3) How to nail a listing presentation

4) Finding off market properties

5) Finding Tax liens, Probate, pre foreclosure, absentee owners, expired and cancelled listings, and much more

6) Understanding the Registry of Deeds 

7) Researching Title

8) Wholesaling

9) Financing your first investment property

10) Helping your clients do their due diligence

11) Understanding zoning ordinances

12) Doing business by referral

And much much more. 

At the moment I do not have an office however I am in the process of getting one built.  All your work can be done from a wifi connection, laptop, and mobile phone. ( you have to be very savvy with electronics and the internet )

Major costs to you would be MLS quarterly dues of $125, postage and envelopes, gas, your own phone bill.

I am in the process of building first generation wealth and so can you. It is better to do it with a team!

I am looking for people who have a real passion for real estate, who want to wealthy and not another wage slave.
