Looking for Triplex / Fourplex in DC Area

Hey BP,

I'm looking to do a little house hacking partnership with some friends. We're looking for a 3 or 4 unit building in the DC area. The place can be in DC, VA, or MD as long as it's in the metro area.

We'll be using FHA or FHA 203k loan for the deal probably, although we will look into standard conventional loans if we need to. We don't mind doing some rehab on the unit if needed. The price should be about 285k or below per unit, assuming the rents are around 2000k/mo per unit. Of course I'll evaluate the deals on an individual basis.

Let me know if you guys see anything!

@Turner Monroe Since you said "partnership with some friends", I would like to point out that FHA is an owner occupy loan. ALL of you will have to owner occupy.
