Private Lenders and Equity Partners
I have a 25 unit rental portfolio and I'm reaching out to the community to see if any private lenders would like to invest in Bucks, Montgomery or Chester counties (Philadelphia suburbs). Equity partners or straight interest only payments. I am looking at several value add multi family opportunities and we're looking to expand our current network of lenders.
