Need Funding for multifamily 13.6 Cap
I am a general contractor/RE Investor. I currently have 18 single family, industrial and retail units. I am trying to get into the multifamily niche. I currently have an accepted offer on a 10 unit with great returns and great occupancy. 13.6 Cap and $40,000 NOI. I am looking to refi another property to use as down payment for multi.
