How can a Overseas Investor get financing for US RE Purchases?

Hi , BP members, got a question. I have an overseas investor I am working with, who is looking to achieve RE financing for flips and buy and holds. He has a Registered LLC in US and has been doing business here for a while. He is looking for help financing purchases and repairs here. Any advice on this and how he can go about it? Will he qualify for Hard Money or Seller financing options? Need help getting some answers.

I dont know of any banks making purchase and rehab loans but there are some that are allowing them conventional financing.  Check out LimaOne Capital.
