Finance for Foreign National

I am an Australian seeking finance for 2 properties I own in Cleveland Ohio.

I have completed a full rehab of the first property, have it rented and am now interested in refinancing the property.

I am currently rehabbing the second property and am looking for finance to complete the rehab and then to refinance once it has been rented.
