Commercial loan needed
Hello BP. I have a 3 building 5 unit commercial deal that I am working in Central Virginia area . I was just informed via email this evening that Key Bank I thought was going to be able to push through the loan has denied me because of what they say is my debt to income ratio. I have an excellent credit score and and the majority of my debt is from good cash flowing investment properties. I am looking for a lender that could possibly assist me with hopefully closing on this property. The analyzation I have performed shows that it should cash flow around $800 per month after the loan payment, taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance and capex.
