Hello Everyone!
My name is Andy Finsand. I've been involved in real estate one way or another for 15 years. I first owned a single family rental property back in 2000. In 2004 I started building homes (new construction) and did that for about 9 years. Since then I have built around 75 homes total. I've also been involved in flipping lots and have done a little land developing. I started a new company outside of real estate in 2011 that I worked part-time until it took off. When the business started to pickup I went full time and sold my share of the old business to my partner. Since then I haven't been involved in real estate. I am interested in real estate and am currently looking for opportunities to invest on a part time bases.
