Looking for Wholesalers in Iowa
I have a singed PA for this property. I am looking for my options and would like some feedback regarding this being a deal or not. My thought on potential options would be...
1. sell property to a cash buyer - possibly someone from this site as I don't have a cash buyers list yet
2. partner with a wholesaler and split the deal
3. partner with a rehabber and split the deal
Suggestions from experienced investors would be appreciated.
