The Nationwide Leader in Single-family Real Estate Investment is seeking an A-Player to join our team as an Investment Sales Associate in our Orange County and Los Angeles offices.
Associates are tasked with selling distressed homes to our company’s large network of investor-buyers looking to buy, fix and sell or buy, fix and lease homes throughout southern California.
Associates will learn investment real estate and real estate sales from the ground up. The position is 100% commission-based with a variable bonus structure determined by performance. Commissions are uncapped. Top earners regularly surpass $100,000 in annual pay within their first two years and can expect to advance to a higher paying Acquisitions role quickly. The strongest associates will have the opportunity to attain management positions within 3-5 years.
About You:
You are a hard-working, financially motivated individual who enjoys competition while working within a team environment. You tend to operate at a high level with high levels of energy and people view you as a leader. You are an excellent communicator who can command a room’s attention and connect with people on the phone, in person, and at industry events. Knowledge of real estate or sales experience is preferred, but not required if you have the ability to learn quickly and are interested in continued personal and professional growth. You must possess or be willing to obtain a California real estate license.
