Hey BP fam. Im looking for a commercial building, a warehouse to be specific in downtown Birmingham al. Have someone who is looking to lease preferably. With high ceiling, at least 20 ft. He is looking to expand his athletic training business. Also something that can hold a full basketball court. He is looking to get it ASAP. Please if u know someone or if it's you yourself, just send me dm or reply in this forum. Thanks. This could be my 1st deal.
