Looking for blanket mortgage provider

Looking for a good lender for a blanket mortgage. Have about 10 properties, in Florida, I want to secure with one mortgage. Some are leveraged and some are owned free and clear. Looking for around a 75% LTV and as good of an interest rate as possible. Flexible on the amortization period. Anyone have any good recommendations?
