We are looking for financing to help us with a condo project in Santa Cruz..Here are some of the info that will help you decide if its something for you or someone you know:

Details..

Purchase price........$385,000
ROI for Investor.......$30,000 flat rate for funding the Purchase price.

Investor places a 1st lien on property for $385,000
and a second lien after closing for $30,000 making the Investor have a secured investment and a total return of $415,000(385k+30k=415k)
We must hold property for 90 days after closing before selling it.
We will then market and sell the property for $515k-$520k....BPO is $525k
Investor liens would then be paid off with a 30k profit to investor for funding the $385k purchase price........

Total estimated time for deal 7 Months maximum......(Waiting time of 3 months then up to four months to market and sell.)
Great ROI for 7 months.........
