7 unit property in heart of Morgantown generates 70k+

Hello BP,

I found a property in Morgantown, WV that is for sale for about 900k. I am a new investor and clearly do not have the money to fund that. As a graduate of WVU, I do know that this property is well kept and in a booming part of town. Real estate in that town has been growing and the value will continue to grow as the university continues 

Hope that this deal may be useful to someone, if you have interest in WVU properties even let me know. I know the town quiet well just can't compete with the big players yet.
