Looking for a wholesaling mentor

Hi All,

I'm looking to team up with a Wholesaling Mentor. I have 4.5 years experience as a Real Estate Agent and 10 years experience as an appraiser. I am becoming less interested in traditional Real Estate and more interested in wholesaling and flipping. I prospect daily for listings calling FSBO's, Expired's and Cancelled listings. Therefore, I feel it would be a smooth transition prospecting for wholesaling or investment opportunities.

I know no one works for free so I would like to propose the following...  First, a short phone call with the Mentor to see if we would be a fit for each other. If we are, then through my prospecting I would bring off-market opportunities to the table for the two of us to work together on. The idea would be work the first two deals together on a 50/50 split and then after the second deal we can re evaluate and see what would be the best way to proceed.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I welcome any feedback as I am obviously new to the idea.
