Seeking partner/mentor in Indianapolis
I'm a new investor looking to find a partner/mentor for rehab in the Indianapolis area. I've got a decent amount of cash to invest - call it $20K to $30K. I also have time to invest in legwork and/or sweat equity. I'm fairly handy but also fairly inexperienced. I'd like to partner with an experienced investor for a couple of deals before I jump in on my own.
