Give me more home work.

                  Well here I am, on the bigger pockets web page trying to find more answers and following my dreams. To become a successful investor,and get to my main goal of flipping houses.   

But, the thing is I'm not that experienced but I have been doing my diligence and have been reading for a while now. And I realize I could really use a mentor,teacher,partner, or whatever you feel more comfortable being referred to as. 

I know you might think I'm just another newbie, trying to soak up all your help,tips or tricks and just be on my way like I'm sure you have had before. Well I'm not I still plan on doing my part and putting in the work I need to and continue my homework. I have some blanks I need help filling in pretty much.  

The fact is I been doing this blind folded, and no matter how manny times I felt helpless  I don't want to give up. And I could sure use a hand. So please if anyone would be willing to take a chance on me I will do my absolute best to meet your request's and expectation's. I also have a pretty good source for deals so it would benefit us both. Thanks for reading and I look forward to working with you.

Hi Tyler, welcome to the community! I would suggest you go through the educational materials available on this site. To your goal of flipping houses, try the Education menu > Guides > How to Flip Houses. Also to listen to the webinar. I did my first flip using this guide, so can you. Good luck.
