Hello, members! I have an investor who is looking for private money lenders in the Austin Area. I have only worked with investors who do flips and rehabs using hard money or personal funds. Any assistance on the topic would be greatly appreciated!

@Austin Hatcher are you looking more for a loan type that allows you to be qualified outside of conventional rules?  Are you looking for permanent financing or temporary? Or if you can provide a little more information on why you need private money it might help us with provided more responses.  Thanks!
