I'd like to connect with investors, partners and professionals in the Bigger Pockets communities to find deals which I can invest in. I'm looking to diversify my portfolio with Duplex, Triplex and Multi Family apartment buildings that can be professionally managed for out of state investors.

It would be great to meet likeminded people and work together on deals over a long period of time.

@Jason Weible thank you for your response and great to connect. I'd love to hear what you have available and I'm actively looking to buy within the next 90 days. Multi Family units past that 40+ mark would be advantageous and would be interested in buying a portfolio of duplex, 4-plex etc.

Thanks in advance, Mark
