Seeking Private Lending for Refinances
Hello BP Community!
I have a few properties, 1 currently rented, 1 that will be rented next week, and 1 still under renovation with expectation of renting by the end of the month. I would like to refinance out of my hard money loans and into either a short term (12-18 month) loan to allow for seasoning so I can refinance with a bank later or a long term loan so I would not need to refinance with a bank.
Each loan would be under $73k. The homes are located in Texas City and San Antonio, TX. They are 3 bedroom/1 bath homes and rented/will be rented for a minimum of $950 per month. Please reach out if you are interested with the best interest rate and terms you can offer!
