Here's Why PPC is Old-Hat

I've been asked how to market online so here's my strategy and what i do:

It's a passion of mine so I tend to be long-winded but in short:

1 domain, 150 keywords multiplied by 100 modified terms and 60-100 city names. Example:

Sell house fast el paso how to quickly sell my house in el paso tx

so the url will look something like this:

sellhousefastelpaso.online/Sellhousefastelpasohowtoquicklysellmyhouseinelpasotx

This is 1 page that is optimized to rank for that specific kw+city and ranks well due to the specificity and other things. Using rarely known tools you can get 20,000-60,000 pages all uniquely optimized for ALL cities within the region and for all search terms. Needless to say, the lower competitions terms are the ones that rank at the top of google but when you have 10,000+ of those ranking at the top the accumulated traffic is excellent.

so, easier than even low hanging fruit it's like picking all the leftover fruit off the ground since nobody is competing with that level of specificity.

THEN, the cool part is, you can make it so that when someone clicks on any of the urls they go directly to the investor's website and it's seamless.

Imagine what happens with 2 or 3 domains. :)

Hopefully this helps,
