LOOKING TO FORM A SOLID PARTNERSHIP WITH OVER 10% RETURNS
I am a professional investor from Dayton Ohio looking to partner with the right kind of person. I specialize in wholesaling great cash flow deals to out of state investors. I currently have deals in Dayton, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. I also am a buy and hold investor and have experience in flipping as well. My company has done over 20 deals and a good reputation with everyone we have done business with in the past.
I have exhausted my known sources of financing and looking to continue to grow. I'm in search of a private lender or behind the scenes partner to help finance deals on a short term basis. We are currently spending money on marketing and getting good results from it but are just running short on time. In this business timing is everything.
