RINCON Puerto Rico and surrounding area??

Hi,

Any info and insight on the Puerto Rican market?  I am specifically interested in the Northwest corner of the island.  Rincon area.   I am looking for flips and also a few rentals.  Anyone with property leads for wholesalers?  What is the best way to find properties in Puerto Rico?  Is Puerto Rico a steady rental location?  Is it more rentals from tourism or regular yearly tenants.

Anyone--Is there a way to search on Bigger Pockets for properties in Puerto Rico?
