Portland, OR and the surrounding areas are growing quickly and according to a recent US Bank report, housing is underserviced. We are actively acquiring land and developing multiple projects in Washington County, OR, the home of Nike and Intel, where there is a need for affordable housing. We only work with top national builder and have commitments from them to purchase the finished lots but are in need of funding to complete the projects. Returns of 30%+ are not out of the question.
