Seller Leads Qualifier

A fast growing real estate investment firm is seeking a super sharp, sales executive that can produce results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage leads in our companies CRM.
• Take incoming calls from motivated home sellers.
• Call warm and cold prospects to gather information about properties.
• Schedule appointments.
• Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed.
• Must be able to follow companies closing sequence.
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
• Make written offers.
• Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

A sharp professional that understands success comes through hard work and tenacity. This person is coachable and always trying to improve him or herself by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or whatever means possible. This candidate is a money motivated fast starter that is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talent to build a lasting career.

This person doesn't whine or make excuses; they get results and are proud of it.

This candidate can follow instructions and is detail orientated.

Compensation:  $15/hour + Sliding Scale Commission

Required education:

• High School Diploma

Required experience:

• Sales: 1 year

Required license or certification:

• Driver's License
