Seeking long term loan for a triplex multi-family unit

Seeking financing for a triplex multi-family unit in Ohio.  Looking for approximately $75K to $80K to purchase and hold. Very little, if any, rehabbing or upgrades are needed. It's 100% occupied and we'd like to jump on this ASAP.  I'm not sure if I"m allowed to put my phone number here but I guess they'll block it if it isn't. 937-935-1044
