Beautiful Home NEEDS WORK
Beautiful home with hardwood floors. Need a rehab inside but the shell is beautiful and has a HUGE lot. The backyard is beautiful with Brick pavers throughout, a large storage shed (Enough room and large enough to make it an additional studio) and on the other side of the yard, has a nice gazebo. This same owner has 2 other properties, a duplex, and an 8 unit that we are selling as a package deal for ONLY 300k, all clean titles.
