Looking for Investment properties!

I am an investor currently living in Colorado Springs, CO.  I am looking to invest outside of the state in a rental property or properties.  I am currently looking online in a couple cities in Texas but am interested in any area for homes under $100k.  Are there any suggestions for cities to look in? OR any agents you can connect me with?

Would you be interested in Pueblo? I have a lead on a property that would be around 45k all in (after rehab) and rents for 900(ish)/month.
