Need Subs in the Seattle Market

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Seattle and I'm looking for a core group of subs: electricians, rough framers, painters, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, landscape folks, the whole catastrophe! Does anyone in the area have recommendations on folks they've used? Has anyone had any luck getting folks from Gig Harbor/Bellingham/surrounding markets to come to Seattle for good jobs. I

I have a remodel and a new SFR going up and I need great to good subs at fair prices. I have backups at higher prices, but they're not my relationships and I prefer going off great recs. I know everyone is SUPER busy, so I recognize it's a challenging request. Any tips would be welcomed and repaid in coffee, beer, kombucha, wine, Cheerwine, or, upon special request, manhattans. :)

Thanks in advance for any tips/recs.

(Good) Subs and GCs are in short supply right now. We've been Yelping a lot of our subs.

Keep in mind that in Washington if you're flipping you either need to be a licensed GC or hire a licensed GC if you're going to sub things out yourself.
