Hi, I have 8 rentals and have done 7 fix and flips, so I'm not a newbie, but I'm still always trying to learn and know I have a lot to learn.  I just find I'm spinning my wheels a lot lately and would like to have someone else to bounce ideas back and forth and back each other up.  Try and take our Real Estate to the next level.  Not totally sure at this point how all this would work, but talk, meet and take it from there.  Perhaps do some deals together.  I'm looking for someone who has done some deals (sorry, no newbies), who is an extrovert, someone who is friendly and honest.  Please email me at [email protected] and tell me what you are looking for and a little about yourself.  Thank you.

Hi Howard,

I live in LA and I will be traveling to Miami this weekend. I will be driving to Jacksonville and can meet for a coffee or lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday (08/08 - 08/09). I am looking to invest outside of California and I would love to learn from a person with first hand experience in your local market. I think there is also potential for some sort of partnership as well. 


 And to anyone else reading this, I was looking for a meet up in the area during my trip, so I can connect with more people at once, but there isn't anything in the next 10 days. If anyone can recommend a wholesaler in the area or if you are investor or realtor, maybe we can try to meet a few people at once and connect.
