Need help with proof of funds
Hey BP, I'm looking at a 4-plex right now and the agent wants to see a pre-approval letter or proof of funds can anyone help me get with a hard money lender so I can show proof of funds because I feel this deal would be a perfect opportunity for me to get started in real estate and I don't want to pass this up.
